Let's discuss our feelings. Hey, y'all, welcome to blessed to be S. I'm your cousin and Christ one tra LaVette. And this is bougie Bible studies. If you are new here, I like to welcome you to the best Bible study class that you will ever come across. And if you are not new here that y'all already know how we get down over here as we dive into the Bible and get the back end story on what took place back in the ancient times. And what makes this Bible so vital and crucial for our life today. And just overall having a relationship with God, how that is so important to live in an enjoyable life every day. It's been such an honor being your host, we are now stepping into a new beginning of 14 weeks, we are going to dive into the Old Testament. Now if you've been rocking with us. And you know, we've been switching back and forth. But if you have not been rocking with us, then let me explain to you how we get down over here because I dive into the Bible. I go through different chapters, I have a Bible plan here that was given to me from my pastor gave me a three track plan for Bible reading. And I thought it was very exciting to go ahead and jump on and share with my followers and my listeners here on my podcast since before I started a podcast that was called let's discuss our feelings which you may hear a song in the beginning that stated that was for my previous podcast. But even in that podcast, I still talked about what God was doing for me, and how important it was for me to follow the steps of the Lord and just get in relationship with Him. Because I mean, I was clueless out here and I'm still clueless out here, I simply rely on God's words to get me through all that I'm going through to survive today. And to have you guys as my cousins in Christ, it's just something for me to be able to express myself and to be able to share what God is doing for me and just hope that someone out there can also relate to maybe what I've been through or what I'm going through are just getting a relationship with God, it's so important to have a relationship with the One who created this, but it's so hard to know how to form that relationship, or just go into understanding what that relationship means. Because I notice a lot of things out here, a lot of fake prophets, a lot of people out here who act like they love the Lord, or they can call himself a Christian or they call themselves holy. We all know that do not be the case. So simply here, I just like to get back in on you know what took place back then. And I asked God to speak to me directly. And I ask God to speak to you guys as well individually because we all are in this together. You guys are my cousins in Christ, my brothers sisters in Christ. And yeah, I mean, it's just vital to have a relationship with the Lord. And so I just ask God to always simply use me to be able to reach those who he wants to speak to, you know, his children, and not everybody belongs to God. Not even saying that not everybody belongs to God, because we all belong to God. But not everybody wants to belong to God. And not everybody wants to get their steps order from God, a lot of people feel like they have it figured out already or that they can do it on on themselves. I do not proclaim to be the goat, okay, God is the goat in my life. And I just want him to constantly be a part of my life and I never want to forget what what that means to me. So we are stepping into a new 14 weeks which we are diving into the Old Testament. The first 14 Weeks was the life and teaching of Jesus that mean Episode One through 14 You can find out how Jesus came about and what happened to him the following 14 weeks after that was the life and teaching of Paul meaning episode 15 through 28. You can check out any episode before then and get a back end story on the life and teachings of Paul who was one thought now we are diving into 14 weeks of the Old Testament. So go ahead and grab your Bibles. Go ahead and choose any version you choose to I read out of the NIV version. Again, I have a Bible plan here that directs and guides me through the Bible that I can understand it for myself, and I advise you to do the same thing right now. I don't have any make available for my listeners or my followers. But I know that God is working on something with me that I can go ahead and surprise you guys something but I don't like to speak too much because the devil is always listening. Okay, so go ahead and grab your Bibles that took up a lot of your time, the first week of today we're going to dive into Genesis one, the story of creation. We've heard these stories plenty of time, but nobody heard it like I'm about to tell it. So grab your Bible. I am simply ready. And if you are ready, then let's kick it off the beginning. Genesis one, chapter one, verse one, in the beginning, God created the heavens and earth. Now the earth was formless and empty, darkness was over the surface of the deep, and the Spirit of God was hovering over the waters. And God said, Let there be light, and there was light, God saw that the light was good. And he separated the light from the darkness. God called the light Day, and the darkness he called Night. And there was evening, and there was morning, the first day. And God said, Let there be a ball between the waters to separate waters from water. So God made the water and separated the water under the vault from the water above it. And it was so God called the vos sky, and there was evening and there was morning, the second day, and God said, Let the water under the sky be gathered to one place and let the dry ground up here. And it was so got caught the drive round land, and the gather waters, he caught seeds, and God saw that it was good. Then God said, Let the land produce vegetation, seed bearing plants, and trees on the land that bear fruit with seed in it, according to their various kinds. And it was so the land produced vegetation, plants bearing seed according to their kinds, and trees bearing fruits with seed in it according to their current. And God saw that it was good. And there was evening, and there was morning, the third day, and God said, Let there be light in the vault of the sky to separate the day from the night, and let them serve as signs to mark sacred time in days and years. And let them be light in the fall of the sky to give light on the earth. And there was so God made two great lights, the greater light to govern the day and the lesson light to cover the night, he also made the stars, God set them in the fall of the sky, to give light on the earth to govern the day and the night and to separate light from darkness. And God saw that it was good. And there was evening, and there was morning, the fourth day. And God said, Let the water team with living creatures and let birds fly above the earth across the fall of the sky. So God created the grey creatures of the sea, and every living thing with which the waters teens, and that moves about any according to their kind, and every winged bird according to its kind. And God saw that it was good, God bless them and said, Be fruitful and increase in numbers and fill the waters in the seas, and let the birds increase on Earth. And there was evening and there was morning, the fifth day. And God said Let the land produce living creatures according to their kinds, the livestock, the creatures that move along the ground, and the wild animals each according to its kind. And it was so God made the wild animals according to their kinds, the livestock according to their kinds, and all the creatures that move along the ground according to their kinds. And God saw that it was good. Then God said, Let us make mankind and our image and our likeness, so that they may rule over the fish in the sea and the birds in the sky over the livestock and all the wild animals and over all the creatures that move along the ground. So God created mankind in his own image in the image of God, He created them, male and female, He created them, God bless them and said to them, Be fruitful and increase in number, fill the earth and subdue it. rule over the fish in the sea and the birds in the sky and over every living creature that moves on the ground. Then God said, I'll give you every seed bearing plant on the face of the whole earth in every tree that has fruit with seed in it. They will be yours for food and to all the beasts of the earth and all the birds in the sky and all the creatures that move along the ground. Everything that has the breath of life in it. I give every great A plant for food and it was so God I saw that all that he had made and all was very good. And there was evening and there was morning, the sixth day. Okay, that is the end of our chapter, what a very interesting chapter how God created the earth, and six days, so boom, let's go over it. Okay. In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth. Now the earth was formless, and it was empty. darkness was over the surface in the deep, and the Spirit of God was hovering over the waters. And God said, Let there be light, and there was light, God saw that the light was good. And he separated the light from the darkness, God caught the light Day, and the darkness he caught night, and there was evening and there was morning. And that was the first day God created light, he also separated the light, he gave the light, a name, and he gave the darkness a name. And this all happened on the first day, let there be a vault between the waters to separate water from water. So God made the vault and separated the water under the vault from the water above it. And it was so God caught the sky, and there was evening and there was morning, the second day, so just on the second day along, all God did was separate the waters, he separated the waters and put one water in the sky, which is the sky caught the ball and one water he put underneath the sky. Now God is just hope hovering over the earth between water and he has a separated so now on day two, we know that God has given us light. And now he has separated the waters and he gave us a sky and God said let the water and the sky be gathered to one place and let the dry ground up here and it was so and God caught the dry ground land and then he gave the waters to be called seas so out on on now this is going to third day, God has now separated the two separated waters and he put one water away from dry, dry grass. And he gave us a land Then God saw that it was good. And God said Let the land produce vegetation seed bearing fruit. I'm wondering why we don't really have no much that much see bear fruit nowadays, um, it's really hard to come across organic seed at fruit even though God has given us the vegetation that we needed to supply us with all the seed bear fruit that was needed, it makes you question and acts and wonder what the government is really doing. Like what is they trying to take over, it's so hard to find see their fruit now like it's just, it's it's sick, like what people do when they get in that type of control. So God gave vegetation seabear and plant fruit trees and everything that was in it according to their various kinds. And it was so the land produced vegetation, plants bearing seed, according to their cause. And trees bear fruit with the seed in it. While we don't got no more seed in it, I'm really pissed behind that, okay, of course, is our cause. And God saw that it was good. And there was evening and there was morning, the third day. So on the third day, not only did God was able to separate the land, and the seas, he gave the land and the seed a name and he also gave vegetation that day. So on his third day, our earth was filled with plants, trees, fruits, veggies, and everything that we needed to supply ourselves. Then God saw that it was good. And there was evening and there was morning and this was literally on the third day. Then God said let there be light in the wall because the sky is kind of dark and is to separate the day from the night and let them serve as signs to mark sacred times and days of the years and let them be light in the vault of the sky to get light on the earth. And it was so God made two great lights, the greater light to govern the day, which we see with the sun and the lesser light to govern the night. Which I want to say is the moon but you know I know philosopher I don't know God bless them and say look ya Be fruitful and increase in numbers and feel the waters ball head and multiply fish could get with fish burger get what bird y'all do y'all do and multiply this earth, okay, and he let the birds increase on Earth. And there was evening and there was morning and that was the fifth day. The fifth day God gave us fish birds, and he told him to get busy. And God said Let the land produce living creatures. according to their kinds of livestock. The creatures that move along the ground like cockroaches and around animals, each according to is caught in it was so and then God made wild animals according to their cause and livestock according to their cause and all the creatures that move along the ground according to the archive, and God saw that it was so good. Then God said Wait, let us make mankind and our image in our likeness so that they make A rule over the fish in the sea, and the birds in the sky, over the livestock and all the wild animals, cockroaches, ants, and every bugs that you see that move along the ground. So God created you, me, everybody else, but she created Adam and Eve in his own image, and God created them, male and female, and he created them, God bless them and said to them, Be fruitful, and increase the numbers and fill the earth and subdue it subdue mean to conquer it. So God literally created mankind and his own image, both men and female, and his own image to subdue the land to subdue the creatures to subdue what He has given us, which was livestock birds and sees the ocean he like literally created this and said, It is yours to conquer, it is yours to have, I give to you, that is great. God gave us this earth, we are here all for reason, we all have purpose. This is a true true statement. It says here in the first chapter of Genesis where you can actually if you can dissect and understand what God has given you. So you telling me God created all of this stuff, before He created mankind. And then when He created us, mankind, both male and female, he said, You can have it is yours to have. That's a parent's gift. To me. That's how I think like God gave me the earth to conquer it. How am I going to be able to do that if I don't be in relationship with him? How am I going to be able to understand that I have this availability that I can actually own and conquer what I am living in and doing? How am I going to be able to do that, I don't understand that God has given this to me to subdue it. But to understand what God is telling me right now is like one shot I created, show my own image, I create you just like me. And if you know me, if you know me, then you know what you could do and what you're capable of the fact that you can actually rule over the grounds that I gave you, Lord, okay, but I'm getting a little too excited, because that is big. That's the big deal is to be able to resonate into my spirit right now, to be able to understand that I hear things all the time. And you can hear a statement all the time. But to come into connection with that statement, or to come into a meeting that Whoa, are that then words when they actually resonate, it's a different type of feeling is something like it's an empowering feeling that I just received right now. And I want to thank you for that for allowing me to receive that. So God say yes, rule over the fish in the sea, and the birds and sky and over every living creature that moves on the ground. So listen, cockroaches, I do not like bugs. I am the ruler over bugs, but I will stop on you move out my way, I will smash you and I will kill you. No offense, but I don't like bugs. And since God gave me the authority to rule over you, I invite nobody to invite me over when he got bugs that because I don't like that I will kill them. Okay, then God said, I give you every CBM flew on effacer I gave you the seeds in it. I give you every tree that has fruit with seed in it, and they will be all yours for food. And so all the beasts of the earth and all the birds and sky and all the creatures that are moving on the ground, like literally, I will give you all of that God said and he saw that all this he had made and it was very good. He was like, Yeah, I did that. I created the lights and sky. I gave him a moon sun. I gave him some stars. I placed them in different places. I gave them land, I separated the land from the seeds. I gave them fish, birds, trees, plants, fruits, bugs, anything that they want to eat at their own disposal. I gave this to them. And I gave these to my children who I created in just like me. I said, look, it's yours to have. Isn't that such a blessing when you actually know like, God gave you this? And you can have it in his mind. That is such an amazing feeling. Oh my God, I feel so good. Yeah, when God saw all that he married and it was very good. And there was evening and there was morning and that was the sixth day. From day one to five. God created the earth and everything in it. When the sixth day he ends up creating, he produced living creatures. On the sixth day he gave us livestock on a six day wild animals bugs, he made the wild stocks, you know, produce and he led. Then he also created us on the sixth day. We were the last to be created mankind but we were the last to be created to rule over everything that was created for us. So what does that say to me? God created everything in Earth of course, mankind stepped in and they got a little bit to do with creation. Now that's happening today like our fruit that's being produced without without seeds, or anything like that, but the things that come from God is priceless. Like we don't get those anymore. And that's why we have to pay so much money for a seat at fruit are to understand that we rule over livestock and animals and bugs and creatures and how we get people who try to justify what God has created when God literally allow us to come subdue the earth, which means to conquer it. And he has given me that opportunity to understand this, I wouldn't know any of this head I would not be diving into the Bible. Of course, you hear it all the time from people you hear preachers preach, you hear people talk, but nothing resonates like the spirit when it resonates and to your to your being to your understanding, me being able to walk alongside God are even get weary in times and having a place to rest to him or to feel comforting him when I'm not finding peace anywhere else, to be able to understand that is more psychological, that you have to mentally want to be in a relationship with God is not something that anybody could just say, Yes, go ahead and get a relationship with God or I cannot just tell you what to do. Because it doesn't resonate the same. You have to actually want to initiate and say, You know what, God, I'm yours to be used by you use me I'm available. And no matter what it feels like, no matter what you take me through, I trust you because I know that you are sufficient in my life, despite anything else outside of this world, I know that God will be the number one sufficiency that I need to survive here. If I have got anything, everything else that is supposed to be for my life that the universe have set up for me is going to come directly to the Holy Spirit to Jesus to God before it gets to me. That's how the bond that me and God has, because he's not wanting to allow something to come to harm me. If something comes my way. It could be for a lesson it could be because he's trying to show me something but all that he's doing by ordering my step is constructing and molding me into the plan that he already has set for me and this will walk in a relationship with God feels like that's what reading the Bible feels like to me, every time I dive deep into a story and understand the creation of the beginning like that's big to me, You know what I'm saying? And so as I dive deeper, I know that God is going to continue to give me insight and so today you guys that wraps up that wraps up our class. I hope you guys are excited just like I am to dive into 14 weeks of the Old Testament because you know we still hear hear these stories today. And if you are a person like me who goes to church or sometimes who I who I don't, but I still constantly want to have that relationship with God then yeah, you're not alone.
