Hey, y'all, welcome to blessed to be S. I'm your cousin and Christ one trial a bit. And this is bougie Bible studies. If you are new here, I'd like to welcome you to the best Bible study class that you will ever come across. And if you are not new here, you already know how we get down over here, at least to the US as we dive into the Bible and read a chapter a week. The stories are fascinating. They're still being preached about today. And what great work has God done for you and me that it's hard for us to even just go into the Bible and just get an understanding of the story. So I make it my business to come on here every week, and I created this podcast actually get closer to God. And this is my way. So I invite you as my cousin in Christ to just come over here and listen to the stories you can simply follow along if you choose to. You can read out of any version of Bible you choose to or you can just listen it is your choice. There is no judgment here you can be from any background in any religion. It doesn't matter where you from, you can praise in the Muslim chapels you can praise as Catholic and you can praise as Christian or you can just be a true believer that there's something higher than us that created all of us. And there's a destination for us to get to that is not here on Earth. Again, I'm your host, Juan trilobites and today's class, I want to say we are in class 27. Last week, we were in read Galatians chapter five, and it was the freedom in Christ. If you want to check out that episode, go ahead and click the link below. And you can actually listen to the episode before any other episode that I have come on here and do prior to this episode today. Today class will be in Ephesians three. And today's title is Paul's summary of his mission. So basically, polish is going to give us a summary of his entire mission that he'd been through as he's been being used by God and I know what that feels like when God is using you will because he has definitely been doing that to me. So go ahead and grab your Bibles, we are going to jump into his chapter. I'm not going to really take up too much time again we are in Ephesians chapter three. And the title is Paul summary of his mission. So if you already I am too let's go God's marvelous plan for the Gentiles. For this reason, I Paul, the prisoner of Christ Jesus for the sake of you Gentiles, Surely you have heard about the administration of God's grace that was given to me for you. That is the mystery made known to me by revelation, as I have already written briefly in reading this, then you will be able to understand my insight into the mystery of Christ, which was not made known to people and other generations, as it has now been revealed by the Spirit to God's holy apostles and prophets. This mystery is that through the Gospel, the Gentiles are here together with Israel, members together of one body and shares together and the promise in Christ Jesus, I became a servant of this gospel by the gift of God's grace given me through the work and of His power, although I am less than the least of all the Lord's people. This grace was given me to preach to the Gentiles, the boundless riches of Christ, and to make plain to everyone the administration of this mystery, which for ages past was kept hidden in God who created all things. His intent was that now do the church, the many fold wisdom of God should be made known to the rulers and authorities in the heavenly realm, according to His eternal purpose that He accomplished in Christ Jesus our Lord, and him and through faith in Him, we may approach God with freedom and confidence. I asked you therefore not to be discouraged because of my suffering for you, which are your glory, a prayer for the fusions verse 14. For this reason I kneel before the Father from home every family in heaven and on earth derives its name. I pray that out of his glorious riches, he may strengthen you with power through his Spirit in your inner being so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith and I pray that you being rooted in Istat relish in love may have power together with all the Lord's holy people to grass, how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ and to know this love that surpasses knowledge that you may be filled to the measure of all the fullness of God. Now to Him who was able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us, to Him be glory in the church, and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, forever and ever. Amen. And that is the end of our chapter with a very short chapter and a short summary of what Paul basically is letting his people know. So boom, let's break it down. For this reason, I Paul, the prisoner of Christ Jesus, for the sake of you, Gentiles, Surely you have heard about the administration of God's grace that was given to me for you. That is the mystery made known to me by revelation, as I have already written briefly. Basically, Paul wrote a lot. So an axe he was writing, also Galatians Romans, or so we, we had a discovery of Paul, throughout this entire teaching, I want to say we started in X nine. And that was the conversion of Saul when he actually converted to Paul on his way to Damascus, when God stopped him in his tracks, and basically, you know, Blind him and all that. So Paul has been being used by God. And if you hear any other chapters before this, you would basically be on a journey of Paul's journey of how God was using him. And so now in his chapter, Paul is basically like, let me Paul, the prisoner of Christ, because he was a prisoner of Christ, because God had basically made him a slave to him, God basically used him he's like, I'm gonna use you as an example of who I am. And so he, Paul, the prisoner of Christ, please let them letting them know, like, Surely you have heard about the administration of God's grace that was given to me, because God literally show poor grace, first, he Blind him and then he had a meal, a man removed the skills from his eyes, and he was able to see again, and he was converted from Saul to Paul, he ended up becoming an apostle, and he ended up joining the rest of the apostles, and just really going heavy for God's word, and really preaching God's testimony about the Bible and things that was posted for come. So he's like, Look, I'm a prisoner, you guys already know about the grace that was given to me from God for you guys, because you already know what I've been through, or whatever he was, like, you know, the mystery made known to me by revelation, as I've already written it briefly, there was a myth, there's a mystery when you know, God, there is a mystery that you really can explain to people, the things that God is doing in your life, or how he's moving in your life. And that's the mystery of God, when He make known to you see only maybe you may understand, and so Paul is basically like, I definitely get it. But I know you guys had a lot of questions, and you guys didn't get what was going on. But I surely I'll tell you, I have wrote it out for you. And if you have read it, then you will briefly understand this journey that I've been on. And in reading this, you will be able to understand my insight into the mystery of crime. He liked love. This was not made known to people in other generations, as it has now been revealed by the Spirit to God's holy apostles and prophets. So prior to that, I want to say in the Old Testament in Old Testament, I don't really know because I haven't dived into the Old Testament, but I'm sure like a lot of people thought that God only represented a certain few. But Paul is making known like, look, whoever is a part of Jesus Christ, who ever believed in Jesus Christ believed that he died, you know, you are now to a prophet and an apostle for God's word, you have basically a job to do if you choose to take on that job. Not everybody wants to take on that job. He says, this mystery is that through the Gospel, the Gentiles are here together with Israel members together of one body and share us together in the promise of Jesus Christ doesn't matter if you are a Gentile doesn't matter if you are Jewish, doesn't matter if you're Israel doesn't matter if you are apostle, prophet, anything, everybody is one in one body when it comes to Jesus Christ, the faith you have makes you want. And that's why I call you guys my cousins in the Bible will say sisters and brothers, but we have become one for each other. Because we all are in the one we all want to look to Jesus or God, we all want to be a part of that. So that is a one body thing that is a one shared thing. And even though we have separate lives, our one destination is to be with the Father, the One who created us. And so it's kind of hard to really explain to a non believer on the relationship that's very profound for God like the relationship that you should have with God. It's hard to explain that to somebody who do not want relationship with God, how am I supposed to explain to you my relationship with God and get you to understand my relationship with God, if you don't even want a relationship with God? You know, I'm saying so for those who are believers, we are one body, we are together in this I became a servant of this gospel by the gift of God's grace given me through the work and of His power. Remember, I say God has been using him. So yes, he has become a servant of the gospel, because he has started to preach the gospel, he started to preach the word, he probably started to just represent what God was doing for him. And he became a sovereign because God used him. He's like, Yeah, I'm gonna use you like you are persecuting me. Now I'm going to use you or whatever. So although I am less than the least of all the Lord's people, this grace was given me to preach to the Gentiles, the boundless riches of Christ and to make planes for everyone, the administration of this mystery, which for ages past was kept hidden and God who created all things. So for a very long time, there's a lot of mystery when you have a relationship with God. And a lot of people didn't understand that maybe back and maybe back all the way to the book of Moses are the Book of Enoch are, you know, the Old Testament, there's a lot of mystery when it comes to God. But in the New Testament, God basically allow Paul to preach certain things that needed to be talked about certain things that needed to be said, he allowed Paul to move so that he can preach to the Gentiles and let them know like, Look, you guys are no different from the ones in Israel. You guys are no different from the non believers of the believers. We all basically are in the same boat. God represents all of us and more. And so he's really for the ones his children, like, if you are a child of God, if you have inserted yourself into God's mystery life, and you are a child of God, then yeah, he's talking about you like his intent was that now through the church, the manifold wisdom of God should be made known to the rulers and authorities in the heavenly realms, according to His eternal purpose that He accomplished in Christ Jesus our Lord. Now, one thing about God he gonna make an example out of somebody, whether it's you meet people in the Bible, he's definitely want to make an example out of somebody. And he definitely made an example out of PA when he basically use PA and he gave Paul the mystery of the knowledge that he needed to surpass the the people around him everywhere Paul went after he had an encounter with God, it was basically God speaking to Paul, Paul was basically a servant being used by God. And so everybody knew God was using Paul and Paul is basically like, I'm the least of the people that represent God, and he still gave me grace to use me that says, a lot like that speaks value to somebody who feel very much unworthy of God's love, God's Grace, God, mercy, God's peace, just God surrounding you period. No matter what you do, no matter where you come from, no matter any of that, if you want to be in relationship with God, that choice is going to set you free. And it's going to help you to see things different. Now, just imagine if we were walking around this world with skills on our eyes, if there is a mystery and God that only made known to the rulers, the leaders, or the people that represent God, don't you want to have a relationship with God so that you can know this mystery? I know I do. It says a lot to me, just the boundless riches of Christ, the peace, the love, like just those two, I say those two because those two as a means so much to the culture, it means so much to society, it means so much to the world like love and peace, those things people will pay for. And for me, those things are priceless. Like, if you're not getting love and peace from God, I don't think you can get love and peace from somewhere else. It's very hard for me to think that I'm going to get love and peace from human and I don't have that love and peace coming from the Creator of the Universe. Like it's just not making sense to me. But this is how I feel. I just know like God's grace is sufficient. So people don't have the grace that God have and the mystery that has been made known to me as for me to live a enjoyable life every day. It only comes from the relationship I have with God. Otherwise, there's a lot of things that I wouldn't be able to maneuver through because I wouldn't know how to talk to God I wouldn't know how to pray to god I wouldn't know how to manifest our things because this the way the world works, it belongs to the enemy. So the enemy will always try to consume me and my brain and that's what the enemy was doing with pa before he became pa he was actually saw so he was actually killing people and then I gave him his grace, and he became poor. And throughout this entire time he has been doing God's work. God has been using him as an example. And that's what I asked God to do for me, like use me as an example. This is some willingly like, No Lord, I'm available to be used by you. Because I don't want to be used by anything else. I don't want to be used by money. I don't want to be used by my talent. I don't want to be used by society to culture, anything, I want to be influenced to it all. But I never want to be used by I only want to be used by you, Lord, because if I be used by you, you're going to supply me with the things that I need so that I can maneuver through life and I need that. Okay, so his intent was that now through the church, the manifold wisdom of God should be made known to the rulers and authorities in the heavenly realms, accordance to his eternal purpose that He accomplished in Christ Jesus, our Lord, and him and through faith in Him, we may approach God with freedom and confidence, hello, if I can approach God with freedom and confidence, that's my dog, that's my best friend. That's the one that I need to connect with. Because I can approach him confidently, me, he's not going to take me thinking, I'm being conceited. He's going to understand that I'm coming to him boldly and confident, and I can approach him with the freedom we preached about freedom and the spirit. Like when you are living life free in the spirit, there is nothing that you cannot talk to God about. You can even talk to him about your frustrations, you can even get frustrated with him is not going to bother God, you can talk to him like as if you are just talking to your best friend. And that's the one thing that I love about having a relationship with God, I absolutely don't feel no judgment coming from God that's going to harm my life, any judgment that he bring upon my life, he allows the Holy Spirit to come and advocate for me so that I can be changed from the inside out. And so what God does is He does not condemn me, he just constructs me and I want to thank him for that. Because there are so many times I feel guilty by from where I come from, or wanting certain things or even my style of work or the lifestyle I live and there were so many things that I could feel guilty for that society, our people will make me feel guilty for that God has blessed me for that he has actually acknowledged me for and he's comforted me for like, I have so many stories that will say, why are you walking with the Creator, if you have never seen him, but I promise you, no one will see God, you will experience God. And when you experience God, that's how you see him. And you see him because you feel him living you feel him advocate for you feel him sending things and people around to protect you, guide you and move you and things like that. And so that's what's vital to me is having that relationship. And that connection with God is because God allows me to come to him and freedom and in confidence, when I'm upset when I'm mad when I'm frustrated when I'm happy. Any way any form, he allows me to come exactly as I am. So prior to before, I used to feel like oh, I don't want to do this. I don't want to say that. I don't want to do this, because I don't want God to judge me. And then God told me to stop doing that. He said, Well, I'm true. I'm going to judge you off your heart. So as long as I'm sitting on your heart, then you're good. Let's move on. And he has to constantly he has to constantly tell me that because the enemy constantly was trying to tell me something else. He was trying to get into my head into my heart, but I made it known to the enemy that you cannot be here. You cannot stay here. I don't want you here and you're not welcome here and I place God want my heart. So anytime I feel like all the enemy trying to get me you know what I do, I touch my heart and I say God, I know you're there work for me, move for me. And let's go because what God has given me I know that kind of bodies take that away, not even an enemy. So it makes me walk boldly in his relationship with him. And it's just like recording after receiving God's grace, Paul decided to walk boldly with the Lord and started to just be used by him boldly. And I want to be like that. I appreciate that. Pause letting us know. I asked you therefore not to be discouraged because of my sufferings for you, which are your glory. So Paul did some suffering for the people who actually he did a lot of work for the people that can get glorified by pause work. He was being used by God, a prayer for the Ephesians. For this reason I kneel before the Father from whom every family in heaven and on earth derives his name. I pray that out of his glorious riches, he may strengthen you with power through his Spirit in your Inner Being so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith. And I pray that you, being rooted and established in love may have power together with all the Lord's holy people to grass, how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ and to know that this love that surpasses knowledge that you may be filled to the measure of all the fullness of God, that prayer is a prayer for you that prayer is for me, he is x and for strength on our behalf, he is X that our riches may be strength with the power of the Spirit in our inner being. Do you know how rich in luxury that is? That is so luxury to me to have the Spirit dwelling in me to know the riches of God's glory. I'm like, oh, yeah, money came by that money came Give me this. There is no amount of money that could give me what the Holy Spirit God Jesus Christ has given me. And yes, money is very important. Don't get me wrong. I like to make money. I like to have money. But the feeling that comes from receiving the things from God is surpasses the money because the money does not last. Okay? So I really appreciate that Christ may dwell in our hearts through faith. And he also prayed that us being rooted and established in love may have power, he pray for our strength, he pray that we may dwell in our hearts through faith, he pray that we were rooted in establish and love and he prayed that we may have power together with all the Lord's people. That's you guys. That's all of my cousins do Christ as everybody that I come encounter with at church, everybody, that anybody that loves Jesus Christ, anybody that loves the Lord, whether they worship and Allah, whether they worship in Jesus Christ, whoever is, the Creator created all of us and to be able to dwell in the house for his people. That's the reward that we get. I'm not the only one out here searching for the love of Jesus Christ. And I actually got the love of Jesus Christ. And I actually want to be able to say that love is sufficient, and it's available to you. I know because I was searching for it, and I got it, I definitely have it inside me. So whoever else is searching for it is definitely available for them. That's you, that's me. That's any of us that want to know God. The love is there for us. Everything that God has, the mystery of God is available to us. It just takes for us, you, me or anybody else to walk in relationship with God. So God can give you the things that you need. And Paul is letting us know like, don't be discouraged when you go to God, talk to him and freedom, talk to him and confidence. The only thing that's holding you bondage is the enemy. The enemy is holding you bondage, telling you what you can't do, telling what you what you don't have. But don't listen to any of that allow the Holy Spirit to advocate for you so that you can hear God clearly. Okay? And to know this love that surpasses knowledge that you may be filled to the measure of all the fullness of God, if I fall to the measure of all the fullness of God, there's not really much things out here that can fill me up. And yes, I work and I can make money and but not even all the money in a world can fill me up. And I'm sure somebody else will be thinking that anybody else that lives in poverty, but once you understand the riches of God, and you understand how sufficient he is, you understand this passage more clearly. When I say to have the fullness of God is to have life. It's like yeah, I'm good. There's not really much shiny, I'll accept it, I'll take it. But nothing is like the fullness of God I except that I think that now to him, who was able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine according to his power that is at work within us, to Him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations forever and ever. Amen. And yes, I appreciate Paul's journey. I really got a good insight on pa after learning about him as the guy using him after he tried to take out the people who was represent Jesus. And it was just like a whole thing that God took part through as he got shipped around when he had to face the king and top to see this and when he had to Kinga Rupa I think his name was I just saw a lot of things that Paul had to go through even when a ship was on the water and it was busted down and it was breaking down on the water like Paul went through a lot to preach to people to preach the word of the gospel, and he's even letting them be known like I'm not even word be to be used by God and yet God still use me what a gracious amazing God that we have. It is such a blessing to me that I get to experience guy in ways that maybe some people don't because they don't have a connection or relationship and not because they don't have it's because they don't want a relationship or connection with God and I I know for me wanting that relationship and that connection with God is the highest on my list. Because I never not want to be connected to the source and the Creator who created me. And I appreciate the gentleness that God gives me when I'm maybe not understanding something or I, I lack of knowledge in something. And so God does not condemn me. But instead he teaches me and so I encourage all of my listeners, you and all of my cousins and Christ is to start by just going to God and freedom and in confidence, and I don't care if you have to cry, talk, break down, whisper or even say nothing. Have a conversation with God, when your time and let the relationship boom from there it will be the best reward that you can even give yourself. And the things that come from God will be something that no one on this earth can give you or take away from you. And so it's on your host one trial of it.
